Hello Reva and Marc I think u 2 are perfect cake decoraters and u work well together i love Marc. I also love fondant but also buttercreme i think fondant lets u do alot with the cake and they look beautiful. but also i think marc does a wonderful job with the buttercreme and the cakes look amazing. i want to be a wedding planner and i love to get into making cakes. i want to go to a school that just teaches cake and pastrie decorating i live in massachusetts and i can't find a school that does just that. i am 42yrs old do u think it's to late to get into this? if not do u know of any schools that i could go to for the cake and pastrie decorating? keep up the excellent work guys!!!
