Mic has a Birthday!!

Hey everyone, husband MIc here and I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday this weekend!  Reva and I met up with some of my long time friends in San Francisco for a night of fun that included The Stinking Rose and the SF landmark beat generation bar, Vesuvios.  I walked away with a free clove of garlic stress ball and a new found respect for the power of hot peppers.  We put it out to the internet we'd be in North Beach that night for all our SF fans, but no one spotted us.  We're tricky sometimes;)  I do think a couple ladies from a nearby table made us, but they didn't say anything.  Too bad for them as we were sporting our new button packs and were feeling generous!  Keep an eye out later this week for ordering info on the new buttons!!  Till then, here's Reva and myself out on the town:

But I know all you cake heads could care less about all this Mic stuff.  I'm just the man behind the woman and you have only one question; what about the cake!!! 

Well, usually Reva doesn't even have time to make me a cake!  I got a cupcake last year and a couple years ago she farmed the assignment off to Marc.  But this year I gave her an idea and with no time on the clock, she pulled together my cake wish in like an hour.  For birthday number 35, my inner Time Lord asked for a TARDIS:

V-Day is Coming!!

Hey everyone!!  Thought I'd take a couple seconds out of our busy Valentines preparations to say hello and see how you're all doing!  

First off, thank you to everyone who has been calling or writing in with well wishes and/or cake requests.  The response from the show has been amazing... pun intended;)  As of now, we are totally booked through June, so if you're looking for a cake before then, I'm sorry to say we cannot help you.  But if you need help finding a great cake designer in your area, let me know and I can make recommendations.  

I am working up a class schedule for the second half of 2010 and it just might include a private, in home kind of thing too!  So, if you think you'd like to host a cake decorating class in your house, leave a comment below and be sure to fill in your email.  You can hide it from everyone, but we still see it and can get in touch with you that way.

Finally, the merchandise train is finally rolling.  Look what we got:

Our buddy Jeero is sporting our new logo on a sweet button from our friends at Busy Beaver!!  We've got a couple more designs coming in the next couple weeks and they'll be packaged up into a set and available to purchase then.  Keep your eyes on the blog for details!
